Apparently I read the academic calendar wrong or something and Friday is a normal schedule, so we are going to have class this Friday 10/4 and instead will not meet the following Friday, 10/11.

You do not need to read ahead on the syllabus, we will simply be watching the film we were going to watch on 10/11. There will be a small writing assignment for participation points related to the film.
